New update lost all my saved data
The new update scrubbed all the work I’d done, lost the team I was in and when I asked for support got generic messages back. Quite annoyed as I did like playing this game but I’m put off since you took it upon yourselves to delete all my saved progress I’d taken a lot of time to do

This would be one of the best games, if it easy for the fact you get to play 30 levels then have to wait weeks for an update, you get to play in the arena but it’s about 10 levels that just get recycled

I have been playing this game for a very long time. I’ve spent so much money on it. I’ve tried to go on it today to find I’ve been put back to level one. All my money is gone and all my extra boost 😡

This game promised much but, upon reaching level 151 it sends you to an arena to play repeat levels. If I return to the kingdom I am 50 potions short of completing train station. I press level 151 and it takes me to the arena. I shall stick with the original Royal Match, that does let you advance!!
