First I’m sorry because my English not good . Matter is I work with DoorDash one year last Friday 03 may 2024 application verified facial scan I will do and submitted . But DoorDash my account deactivated I don’t know why after I call the DoorDash and they send me email and fill the request form , I will do all thing but today is 8th day but my account is not re active . I’m daily call the customer care they not solve my problem. Today customer care not accept my call what can I do now . Please DoorDash reactive my account. Because I don’t have another job only all in one my job is DoorDash . Please help me
New update is disgusting

Good app, great pay, flexibility etc, but the bugs can be mentally detrimental
Map Needs fix ASAP
For whatever reason they decided to update the map part of the app, it doesn’t allow for zooming, it situates your current position underneath the address and glitches around when you try to move the map to see where you actually are. The map doesn’t even have a precise position anymore, it’s all glitchy and has no clue- making it completely useless. A third party GPS software is now mandatory to even use this app.
Very bad customer service
None of the employees speak good English and they just act like they understand what you’re talking about, and when they do not understand, they hang up in your face so rude. I have tried to get reimbursed for my money that I paid for an order and was not understood by the support team, they kept telling me to take a picture of the receipt after I clearly told them that the app asks you to discard the receipt after each order
Login error and some recommendations
why the whole day i have the login issues: the operation could not be completed : can you fix it in the new update version apps The doordash should give a window for dasher where they can rate customers as customers have the right to rate the dasher the Tip for dasher should be mandatory so that they can get something good for dashing Acceptance rate should be calculated on the accepted or declined order, when you didn’t take any action on the order the apps should be neutral and dont consider as you declined the order
Dasher support is laughable
I have never experienced such consistently bad customer service as I have had with Dasher support. I have been dashing for two years. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve actually been helped. Recently I have had a significant issue with the app not working properly since the lastest update. I have made 10 to 15 calls documenting the issue and trying to be helpful in getting this resolved. Ended up speaking to a “supervisor” whose only solution was to send me a survey and suggested I detail the issue within the survey. Supervisor ended up hanging up on me with no call back so I know it wasn’t in error. However, I do have to say that the Dasher app works extremely well until there is a buggy update. I do enjoy dashing and at times I have made pretty good money at it. Just hate the frustration of dealing with Dasher support.
