They will call you unreliable when the whole time they are unreliable
Let me start off to say I’ve had over four jobs where I showed up sat there for hours just to be told there’s no work and I don’t get paid. Some of the offices, depending where you are but let me remind you. I’ve been to 3 different states. To see only 1 office treat you with respect. Not to mention on the app half of the numbers to call the job site don’t work and they say it’s not their fault. I mean there’s a simple way you can check to make sure the number works before you put it up there to cause problems. If you need directions to the job site, you better hope the office you worked through is a nice and willing person to provide those because the office is I went to they will say oh you need to pay attention. Don’t you have a map? I went to go work in a construction office and the other worker left early so he asked me did I want to leave? I told him no until the fact, he pulled out some spray that triggered my asthma and told me I needed to spray and a non-ventilator office with no mask or respirator. So I told him I need to go home because I’m not risking my health for this and I called People Ready and told them that but they called me the next morning and put that I asked to leave early and basically told me if I did that again I would get fired and that I have to stay there and let me remind you the guy never put we need respirators in the PPE. Fuel to the fire I just got off the phone with was supposed to be the higher ups just to be disrespected and when I asked a question given an answer to a whole different question and then made fun of and I don’t need to call them if I knew the answer but she never answered any of the questions I needed. When it comes down to mistakes that they make, she pointed fingers everywhere else, but the company. The main thing she would say what do you want me to do there’s nothing I can do. People Ready you need to fix your company. If you’re looking for something promising, don’t look this way. This is a pick me up, place. And oh yeah, the pin locations to these job sites are not accurate sometimes.
