Eh.

I have 2 square accounts and on BOTH I was unable to “verify my identity” in order to take card payments. It makes you enter all of your personal info, which I did MULTIPLE times on both of my square accounts. Every time it tells me it’s unable to verify my identity (and yes I triple checked all my info every time I entered it) I called square to see how to fix it and the guy that helped me said, try again tomorrow or make a new account. When I explained to him that I already have 2 accounts BECAUSE OF THIS REASON and it continues to deny me and he said well we can just deactivate your account and you can restart. Really frustrating that they don’t have something that can trouble shoot this because I have all of May and June full of clients and it would be extremely hard and time consuming to completely re start and move everyone over. I’ve had so many issues with square from the moment I started using it. Me and other people I know had to watch youtube tutorials to figure out how to use it because it is just simply not user friendly.
