App auto fills ticket purchases and they refuse refunds
When I clicked to purchase 5 VIP tickets for an event, the app auto filled a standard ticket as part of its normal function. I suppose they assume you want that ticket to begin with. Customer service refused to give me my money back.

There is no way to filter for events by city. Your selected city only affects what shows on the For You page, but it cannot be combined with search filters.

I bought tickets for a show, for me and my friends, but the event was cancelled, and Fever refused to refund to the card, and refunded as a voucher for the future purchase, so I ended up paying my friends back from my pocket ~$200. There were no events within 60 days of the voucher being available that I was interested in, so the $242 I had there, just disappeared. At the result I ended up a cancelled event and minus $440 🤬 Very disappointed. Fever could do better than that.

They have one of the worst customer support systems ever. They constantly will end the chat even after you reply, or they won’t reply at all. There website says you can exchange tickets but then they sit there and lie and say I can’t and then also won’t refund my money. They’ll go and lie and say you agreed to paying when there isn’t an agreement. Overall terrible company and terrible venues that they support.

Horrible experience with the customer service team. The team made me jump through hoops to verify my ticket purchase only to tell me that a date change for my event purchase was not possible. DO NOT USE this app!!! Scam artists

I was looking at events in Seattle. I was excited about them and came to the App Store to send a link to this app to my Mom so she could also see all these great events. But in the App Store the app said I needed to update. So I did. Now there are no events in Seattle and the app keeps resetting my location as São Paulo.
