I just got the Meta Quest and I was exited to play, but the app won’t let me add my credit card. It just keeps saying “unable to add payment method.” I looked it up and tried everything and it still doesn’t work. It seems like other people have had this issue as well. It’s really disappointing. Please fix this!!

I have an old Go headset stuck under devices in this app, the account website doesn’t show it, support says they can’t delete it. What an embarrassing app for such a company (or overpaid software developers?).
