Terrible platform and terrible customer service
Invest here at your own risk. The app’s platform is terrible and it is really difficult to do basic stuff, such as send wire transfers. i like the idea of the bank but it is FAR from being a viable option
Requires username password login every single use
Atmos is a great green bake concept, but this app is not so great. The app almost always requires me to login with my username and password. With my old bank, I could open the app, scan my face and check my balance, no problem, anytime. Open Atmos, the app scans my face and immediately tells me I’ve been logged out. I have to log back in and type my password in full. I’ve had several banks and I’ve never had anything like this. This seems like a minor item, but it is seriously infuriating. Does it have a good mission? Absolutely. Does it have mobile banking convenience? Not at all. One step forward, one step back.

Needs to Improve
Please improve your mobile app and website. Both lack important functionality regarding monitoring/using debit cards and connecting external accounts. Additionally, other banks such as Chase, have difficulty communicating/transferring with Atmos. This bank and its principles for sustainability are the future—I just don’t want to see it held back by these basic problems. - Troy
Annoying
App needs to be coded correctly. It’s always crashing anytime i click my checking account details and it’s just a blank screen & never loads when i click card details. I’m going to have to switch banks because it’s like this 1 doesn’t want you to access your money.
Glitchy
I can’t see my cards or deposit a check through this app because it quits every time I enter the screen. This is a pretty serious issue for an online-only bank.
