Vola is not for an emergency
Vola is an easy efficient app to use and have access too, however it is not for “right now” emergencies, it takes days to get the advancement, then if you need it again there is a 5 day period in order to borrow again.

The inference from the app description is that the subscription for this starts at $1.99 a month. I realize that there are levels above that, however, upon signing up for the app or starting that process, the price I offered was $8.99 a month which is a significant difference. I feel misled. Where is the $1.99?

Sent a ticket through the app to support but they aren’t getting back to me. Needed to change my repayment date by a few days to avoid an overdraft but I’m getting worried…

This app doesn’t work don’t waste your time. I connected my primary bank account and the system says I can’t get an advance because I haven’t used the account in 4 months when I literally use the account everyday. Then they don’t have a customer service to talk too unless you have a Vola card. It’s a scam to get your information. Don’t do it!!
