Birthday gift?
So it is my birthday month and was sent email for free any size fries or hashbrowns for the whole month, to click on reward at checkout. Well this freebie never shows up. Also why do you not have all of your food on the app? My favorites are only available to order at window. Or if I do order food like today before work. I arrive at store and they are closed. How do I cancel and get my money back. There is no cancellation buttons. This app is horrible compared to other fast food apps. Worst one out there. Now I have to go back to store and try and get my money back. NOT HAPPY!

Installed and it will not scan or accept code on receipt. It continues to say “We need more coffee. This is taking longer than expected.” I have tried it multiple times and days and still not working.

I can’t even log on to my account. I get the error “unable to use external sign on”. And there’s no option to add dipping sauces. Where’s the sauce my dudes??

I lost all my stars when I updated the app and have used the app since and don’t get any stars. Also my QR code says unavailable so I can’t even use it. It’s good for ordering ahead, but that’s the only perk.

You can now earn Stars and redeem Rewards or offers when in-person at the restaurant, even without ordering ahead through the App! Navigate to “My Code” and load whichever Reward or offer you wish to redeem, then simply scan your Member QR code before you pay. It’s never been easier to earn more goodness!
