This app expects you to screen shot every move you make in order to prove you completed an offer or have an in game issue What's the incentive to complete mini and midi games once you've completed 50? None - they don't add any points to the tournament. How about adding more goals to reach with them. Additionally, having a player earn over 800 points in a tournament in about an hour is ridiculous! I get that you're in the business to make money but let's keep the tournament fair. It's impossible to finish a game in 1 second without buying every single word. Take their money but these players should be banned from the tournament. *******Suggestion: put a minimum time into the game for finishing one. It's physically impossible to answer the clues for an entire game without cheating aka buying every clue, in one second. Put at least 2 minutes as the minimum time.

I think the app was 10x’s better before the recently added bells and whistles. App seems too cluttered now. Still play the daily puzzle every day tho!! Updated review: Tried again. Lost all my trophies, coins and rankings from a couple years ago and ended up deleting it again. Totally worse than what it was. Stop forcing people to join Facebook !! With all the problems with FB that my wife goes thru, ain’t never happening with me.

I’ve been playing this game regularly for years now, because I like doing crosswords. But I have repeatedly had various glitchy issues during this timeframe. Some were minor inconveniences, like when trying to open the app and getting a ‘try again later/server issue “ type of message, making me log off phone to have to restart it again (this doesn’t happen with multiple other games I play). Improper charging of ‘gameplay’, taking coins from me for things I didn’t actually “buy” at those times. Customer support that is not only impossible to find in app, but also on the App Store for game support Only responding to apparently what the designers deem to be relevant ‘troubleshooting’ issues (not everyone has the same issues when using app). To right now, 5/14/2024, when for the last week plus, the ‘daily sign in’ bonus that acknowledges your 7 day weekly countdown, while also rewarding you with various coins that increase in value towards the end of the week, is just gone. It’s like it all of a sudden doesn’t exist anymore?? I did not remember getting Any game update message about those kind of changes being made, but yet again I seem to be dealing with a glitch or something with NO Accessible customer service/support to help fix or explain the issue/reason for this sudden change. This game already makes it challenging to effectively acquire/earn coins in gameplay, which is annoying in and of itself, but now with the daily bonus check-in free coin rewards, it’s just becoming a bore, especially with such inaccessible customer service. Think I’m gonna see about a better free alternative to my Crossword gaming, as this is just not as enjoyable as it previously was. Disappointing.
