Good challenging game-Not so great customer service
The game in itself is fun to play and challenging. Whether u are f2p or not! I’ve been a loyal customer for years. My biggest gripe with the company is a for profit company. All companies are but when it comes down to the detriment of the consumer/player they will definitely choose themselves over you. Being hyper callous towards your player base is an ugly trait for any company which is now what most games about nowadays. So the customer service needs to be better at least on the global side of things. I can’t speak for the Japanese version and customer support team. So I’ll give them a 3/5. I always wait until I have a problem with a company before submitting a review to see which way they would handle it and I base my ratings on how well the treatment is during the problem. They improve that aspect then I would rate them higher.

Old events were ehhh with it being really hard too get units but these new events give us a lot of gems and makes it easier too not pay. But Yuyu hakashow was better and the old guaranteed crossover unit ticket needs to be brought back, now a year later I feel like the chances were rigged. I spent around 70k alchemy stones and around 1000 crystals and didn’t get a unit on the banner. Feels P2w now

Story is pretty terrible. Almost every single dialog in the first chapter is “iris are you ok?” “Yah I’m fine”. Lots of different confusing currencies. But I had to come to post an all time record. I just summoned 100 times and only got one single rainbow unit…. The absolute rest were all trash summons and that one rainbow crystal I got was the 84th summon. I have never seen drop rates that bad. If you skip the story and just fight it’s entertaining and fun to watch, but the only way to kill anything is to use specials
