Lack of knowledge to correct gaming issue
Update Review: still waiting to hear from them without an automated response! All I get from them…we are working on it but now it’s been over a month! Have contacted Apple on this and they will report the issue to the higher ups! First review: Issues with tasks and still no change even after I contacted them. They IGNORE EVERY EMAIL! The only thing they have a 5 star in is “IGNORING CORRESPONDENCE”!!!

I love this game! I’ve only had this game for a few months and I can tell how much fun it is. However, I think you should be able to have kids in it. And a husband/wife. I would think it was better before I got it if the graphics were less… how do I put this nicely… BLOCKY. But never judge a book by its cover! Just because the characters can’t move their fingers apart doesn’t mean it’s a bad game. Also, I think the user should be able to make new characters to live in the game too. That’s really everything I can think of right now, but I’ll keep you posted! Keep up the good work!😁👍

UPDATE REVIEW: So still no change even after they say contact them. They IGNORE EVERY EMAIL! The only thing they have a 5 star in is “IGNORING CORRESPONDENCE”!!! OLD REVIEW…Their customer service people have to be the rudest people around let alone the stupidest! Going on two weeks with an issue and their back to square one again trying to get it corrected!!!
