Castle, the largest community of survivors, has fallen. Once a beacon of hope in the post-apocalypse, it now shares the same fate as the rest. Amidst the chaos, a small group of survivors managed to escape into the barren wilderness. You are the Commander of these survivors. While escaping the zombie horde that utterly destroyed your last sanctuary, you come across a strange building jutting out from the ground. Low on supplies and left with little options, you decide to take refuge in this building. Toxic Playerbase and Massive Pay to Win Mechanics
Unfortunately, the later part of the season is dominated by very powerful players on the server who will continually zero you out hindering your progression. The devs will simply respond saying to “use diplomacy and strategy” or “join a more powerful alliance” but that simply does not work with these players when they can steamroll you and your entire alliance. Player chats can be toxic and racist at times. As a paying player, they have lost me as a customer. I will take my money to another game. I’d advise other potential players to save your money and go to a game that actually cares about its player base more. This review will probably receive a canned response telling me to open up a customer support ticket which will do nothing and will simply result in a response that it is all “balanced game mechanics”. Edit: Several other players in my alliance have quit the game entirely due to the toxicity within a few days of each other. Servers in later seasons seem to have similar issues with one dominant alliance resulting in increasingly dead servers.

I didn’t really like it, the ads that played hyped it up way to much and it looked and played nothing like them. Also I think I just might be a hater ngl. just didn’t like the game, or the game play, the storyline ig (if there was one in there), how the game looked, how it was set up, pretty much everything in it ;) I would recommend playing this if you don’t wanna have to stop what your doing and play a game then not being able to do anything for days b/c you have to wait for something Sincerely yours truly -me

Fun game but not very player friendly. If you can’t afford to pay to play then you’re not going to get very far or be very competitive. They makers of LF if they weren’t so greedy could make it more affordable but that’s not likely to happen. So unless you have a bunch of money to throw away I wouldn’t waste my time

The game is fun in the first few seasons when you’re building your fortress up and learning the story but the heavy pay-to-win nature of the game makes it so eventually you get matched with much stronger players who constantly harass and attack you and there’s nothing you can do about it, you basically have to quit the game which defeats the purpose of investing much time in an account. Also there’s no matchmaking criteria so if you’re weak you still get matched with strong players which creates a massive imbalance in seasons and ruins the game for everyone, eventually you even get matched with people who’s accounts are older than yours.
