I don’t normally write reviews, BUT:
The way this game was made is a true masterpiece. I played klaus, and the way I wanted to hug him every time someone was mean to him, bullied and assaulted him, the emotions you get while playing this game are like no other. Ww2 was one of the worst genocides in history. This game took my breath away and has brought me to tears. I could not put this game down. If you’re a history buff like I am and fixated on ww2 history, or any history pertaining to war, this game will send shivers down your spine. I would definitely say this is a 15+ game and not for younger viewers due to implications during the last chapter and multiple chapters within the game. I applaud the developers and everyone who worked on this game. You all have created something that deserves more recognition. I’m absolutely speechless on this game, how well it was made, and more.
I wish I could care for her forever
I loved this game. Finished in less than a day. I miss it. I kinda wish there was also an endless version, where we can care for her like normal after finishing the story.
Wonderful game
Such a great game with an amazing story. It was educational and emotional. I definitely found myself worrying for the wellbeing of my adopted child. Great storytelling.
So highly recommended, truly eye opening
The ending absolutely shattered my heart in all good ways… nothing bad I can say about this game. Absolutely beautiful.
So amazingly put together
This game is so good. Sad but realistic and just wow I can’t even put it into words. Its worth every cent it’s just so good.
Story is a JOKE
I concede that the gist of the story is to promote anti-bullying awareness, but come on. You devs are trying to push an agenda for german norwegians born in the 1940s emphasizing mistreatment. To even commemorate their stories is ridiculous, since these war-torn children MOST LIKELY practice the same discrimination towards non-caucasian Europeans. What an absolute joke your masterpiece of a game to be plagued by this pathetic background of a story.
