I love this game. I bought apple one so I can play this game. I’ve tried other ones from Apple Arcade too… but they eventually were uninstalled. But since the update? *sigh of desperation* For some reason, this game cannot play longer than 30 seconds to a few minutes. I have made sure that my tablet was updated. I even purchased a new tablet with its own Internet connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Reset my tablet and insured that this was the only thing installed on it. I even searched on the developers site for troubleshooting tips to no avail. I even waited weeks and months on end hoping for an update or a patch that would fix the game. My only option at this point is to write a review and hope someone sees it. I would really hate to have to uninstall the game permanently and lose all of my progress. Please help.

I love this app, BUT I’m frustrated with it. There are changes that could make this game better. I don’t understand why the game doesn’t automatically place workers in homes that are closets to their work-places. My workers literally have to walk all the way from home to their work places, and by the time they make it to work it’s the end of the day, and work never actually gets done. VERY FRUSTRATING. This should be something that is automatically done, I’m not going to individually place 200+ people into homes that are close to work…. That would NOT be sustainable because followers die constantly. Of course, this issue trickles down to slowness in production and the followers being unhappy because items and services are not being produced. I have encountered no other major functioning issues with this game aside from this. Seems like fixing this would make things flow in a way that makes more sense. Please consider making changes!

- In same cases, when opening an old save game on a newer version of the game the progress was lost. - The followers were missing the fishing net when working on the port. - The old followers were missing the walking stick. - Players couldn’t win level 22. - Players couldn’t win level 25. - The text describing how to complete optional mission in home chronicle level 5 was wrong.
