Now if you want a quality ranger game to play, don’t get me wrong THIS IS IT. The systems are amazing, it looks amazing there’s cool stuff to learn and most importantly the happiness you get when you finally unlock your favorite ranger… there’s lots of competitive events and opportunities for you to shine with your own skill… that is… if you get past any of the other leagues. You see, as great as this game is, there is a problem. A huge problem. The fact that you can buy LEGEND CHARACTERS IN THE LAST TIER FOR 4$ AT THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME. Now I admit, this is clearly a tactic to gain money. I know it is. I don’t care though, I just wanna have fun playing my game… but no. I can’t, BECAUSE THE PEOPLE THAT SPENT 4 DOLLARS GET TO PLAY THE GAME MORE THAN ME. Every time I match up with these clowns I get to watch as my health is gently RIPPED from my hands as they juggle combo me into oblivion and I EXPLODE. So I say, “That’s just one loss! It can’t be too bad.” You say until you match make WITH THE EXACT SAME RANGER 20 TIMES IN A ROOOOW. God forbid you lose every single one and go back to tier 1. Then YOU HAVE TO FIGHT LEGENDARY CHARACTERS WITH BAD LOOT. Don’t even get ME STARTED ON THE LOOT IN THIS GAME. I understand, it steadily increases with each rank… but your telling me… from tier one… to TIER 5 MY INCREASE IS ONLY BY 20? AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET LEGEND CHARACTERS FROM NORMAL CRATES? Now you might say, okay! This is fine. I’ll just do the battle pass and get a free legend character! You finally get the last chest… ONLY TO GET THE SAME SHARDS OF A LEGEND CHARACTER YOU ALREADY HAVE BRUH. Now don’t get it twisted. I’m not mad. Not mad in the slightest, I just wish this game was balanced just… just a little more. Like for example, only enable VIP members to fight VIP members so that the free to play people don’t have to fight legend characters in tier one. Maybe make it so that you can only juggle once per combo. I don’t know, it’s your game and I’m just playing it. Please. Please please PLEASE if you read this don’t get frustrated at this game. It’s good. It’s fun. Despite all my gripes I’ve had more fun with it than I’ve hated it. However… that doesn’t change the fact that this game doesn’t bring me joy 90% of the time. I really enjoy this game. I’ve loved the power rangers since I was very young and this game is the best out there. Buuuuuut I have issues with it. You’ll occasionally get in a game where your opponent is a decent person and will let you get some hits in, you two can exchange a few taunts, and get some laughs in before he defeats you but there are others (and this is the majority) that will clobber you right out of the gate giving you no chance to make any sort of move. If there was some way you could make a balanced matchmaking system where players of equal level could fight each other that would be perfect.
