Fun but need more cash out

So I reached 10 sats and the game tells me to cash out or resell my sats but when I try to I just get that there’s an issue (306) and to contact support but there’s no email for support anywhere so I’m just stuck not being able to cash out apparel

All things considered, you won’t make anything by paying, only lose money. And the ads are furiating. If you get the game, get it to play. Not for bitcoin. I paid so you don’t have to. So don’t lose your money like I did. If I do download again, it will be for the game. Not for that. I’d give it 3 stars if the ads weren’t bad and if anyone read a review for two to 4 stars.
