Request update please

First off I love this app. It’s helping me keep track of what I eat, drink plus all my steps/exercise. Very easy to use. Absolutely the best app for this purpose. I have a request tho. Is there any way to add sugar alcohol to the nutritional facts? I’m doing keto & would love this option! Thank you so much for all you do.

Good app, but with one suggestion…

I like this app a lot, but I have a suggestion that would be really helpful for me. I’d like if I could build a “pantry” where I can scan in items and meals ahead of time and have them saved in a sort of library. I have a hard time scanning and looking things up during the day because I’m always so busy. So like last week I went to enter “ blueberry Kodiak cakes” but it wasn’t an option. So I started to scroll to find something similar, but quickly gave up because I needed to get my kids ready for school and take a phone call. By the end of the day I completely forgot to log them, and knew it was going to throw off my numbers after the fact. So I didn’t bother. Anyways… the app is otherwise great and I hope to use it more diligently in the future.

Great app but the burned calories math is screwy

I really like this app - you can easily tack macros, tons of things automated scan to add, making meals and recipes is easy, the app does a good job of storing data and setting goals, etc. But, the calculation for “exercise” when linked to Apple Watch and what/how it’s calculating does not make sense to me and gets even more confusing if you only wear the watch intermittently. For example, I just want the dang this to show my exercise cals burned and give me my deficit based on my goal, cals eaten, and exercise cals burned. Trying to make it account for “resting” burn just screws it up if your also adding workout you didn’t wear the watch for, or only wore the watch part of the day. It’s a small thing in the grand scheme, but it’s annoying because now I have to have a manual tracker or figure out how to “trick” the app into calculating it all correctly.

So far… great.

The setup/walk through was very helpful. I found MyFitness was too complicated even though I’m adept at computers and iDevices in general. Nice to have a simple watch app as a complication too. I’ll update this if/when I’ve had more experience in applying it. But it is worth trying for 7 days free, and if it lives up to first time impressions then $40/year is well spent.

Like a better MyFitnessPal

I switched to this from MyFitnessPal. It does all the same stuff and is similarly organized - but it looks nicer, is easier to use, and works more smoothly. And so far it’s not having trouble syncing my Apple Watch workouts, which was something MFP sometimes failed to do.

Nickeling and diming for basic features

More and more features require subscription. For example, bar code scanner, macronutrient counts. The food database is less complete compared to the main competitor. I don’t understand this race to the bottom - constantly crippling your free application
