Not a FREE app

You can’t even try it for 7 days without giving credit card info and you have to go thru a survey of questions before you even know it’s not a FREE app. Complete waste of my time. These apps should put the info upfront that it will cost to use it!

Used to be good

This app used to be awesome. Got so much data and if you wanted more you could purchase at a reasonable rate. Now, you get minimal data (less than Apple Watch already gives) and to get what you used to you have to pay. If you use the free app, you’ll see tons of ads that, honestly, really slows the app down. There are now video ads in the middle of the UI that are slowing the app load down. Time to shed another one-time great app. I get the need to make some money but now it’s just a poor experience. I was a fan and told tons of people about it…not any more.

Don’t do the trial!!

Don’t do the trial if you miss otherwise they won’t refund your money. My ex wife talked me into trying this app which I found not useful at all. The notifications are an annoyance is about all that this app does. I thought I canceled the trial but guess I didn’t because I was charged a couple days ago even though I only used the app maybe twice from download. Still 2 request and no refund. I’m not even doing trials no more. Never thought I would have this problem but now I know not to try trials no more cuz if you forget you’ll be forced to pay for a year of a useless app you will never use.

Useless

The tracking on this app is so off track that it would be funny, if I hadn’t paid for it. It is completely unreliable. I just got off of a long flight where I didn’t sleep at all, was up and out of my seat quite a bit. It congratulated me upon landing for exceeding 9 hours of sleep, and the reports showed me at various stages of sleep during the flight. Ridiculous. This is the morning after a full night of sleep.

Not accurate

Not very accurate. If you are sitting still watching a movie it counts it as sleep. If you are driving it counts it as sleep- not city driving but long drives. If you are laying in bed unable to fall asleep it counts it as sleep. It just doesn’t give you a good overall picture of what is actually happening.

Meh

I wake numerous times a night but the app only catches them if I stand up and get out of bed. Compared to the app that came with my phone and watch, it’s really lacking. Premium is not worth it

Pretty cool sleep tracker!

For a very long time I disregarded how important quality sleep is/wasI I read a book recently about longevity. I understand now, how important quality sleep is. I have used SleepWatch” for a while now which automatically records and tracks your sleep each night using your pulse it records into the health app on my IPhone. This app is $39.00 per year which is pretty expensive for a Sleep-App. What I like about this app is that when I wake up, and look at this app. It applies a number to your sleep that night, and also it looks at your sleep from previous sleep sessions and does some math so you can see at a glance how you slept last night and prior nights too. All in all I like this app because it places importance and ease to sleep tracking which is very important. I can remember when I was young, I could just shut my eyes and go to sleep all the time. Now, and as I started to approach 40 years old, sleep started to become more and more elusive. So it’s a lot harder to get quality sleep now. Even as I go to sleep way earlier nowI still wake up at like 2 or 3 AM and can’t go back to sleep. So this app helps me to see how long I have actually slept and how much of that time was actually quality sleep. Which as I know now, is just as important to the Human Body as nutrition and exercise! All in all, I think this app is pretty awesome!
