App Stopped Working
App now just gives an “Abnormal server” message and no longer lets me connect.

The app only works in landscape on your phone. The user interface isn’t very good, it’s a chore to control multiple units, and sometimes you can’t log in at all and get error messages like “abnormal server”. I have 2 Bounties, a Harvest, and 3 tabletop grow lights. I just restarted a grow light and it’s 11pm and I can’t turn it off (it’s one of those new ones only controllable by app) because the app won’t connect to the server. For what these devices cost and with all the competition on the market, AeroGarden could stand out as the leader with a great app, but this is a disappointment and does a disservice to a brand I otherwise like.

Hey everyone, I learned through a recent comment that you need to change your website on Aerogardens Official Webpage, AeroGarden.com. I had the issue for almost 6 months and just changed my password and it works. I’m giving 1 star because the people who are paid to support us are sitting on their thumbs. Hope you all can still enjoy your arrogant garden anyway! Cheers to the proletariats
United States“Abnormal server” error
I’m giving it a 3 star because it used to work ok, but - as others have mentioned - for a few good months now I’ve been getting the server error. Can’t log in at all anymore. Are you guys working on an update? Getting it to connect to Alexa would be a great addition, if you are.
