Despite the name “her” do not be fooled by this app. Her’s Twitter account was actively hostile toward lesbians and spouted s*xually charged insults at them because they openly asserted their preferences. I think the person behind the account is a man. One that clearly has something against women setting boundaries. Uninstalled because of this. Disgusting. See the article on 4w

Yeah so I’ve checked out a few apps. All the apps have bots/scammers but HER has excellent verification - everyone I’ve interacted with a check is real - can’t say the same for other apps such as Taimu. The mainstream dating apps (bumble) show my profile to guys and that’s a pain - I’m glad there is an app just for women seeking women.

Update: they side-stepped the issue. And still no response. Just as I expected. So I have seen all kinds of dirty posts and comments on that app, none of them got banned, and my profile gets banned for having a dark picture?? (cue: I’m dark skinned). Way to go HER. Still a wanna be Bumble.
