Hi, I sent emails to the help desk and the last one was not responded to. Just to let you know, after changing to Daylight Savings Time in March, my notifications for saved travel are not working correctly. Example, this morning I set a drive to arrive at 11:15 am, and app said to leave at 10:51 am. At 10:20 am, the app started the drive. I closed it but it restarted at 10:35 am. In the app currently the saved drive is stating to leave at 10:48 AM. How can I fix this, please. Thanks.

Awful what’s happened to Waze. When I first discovered it it was a blessing. To have accurate estimates? Unbelievable! Now I find myself with Waze induced road rage. It constantly tells me to go to traffic jams! Like holy …. Why?!?! I use another popular app and that one doesn’t tell me to do the stupidity Waze does. I think they only use for advertising gas stations food and whatever else they are doing. With the app.

Growing up you always expect to have a great life being an adult and making your own decisions. When I started driving, I decided to trust my navigation with Waze. It was a great decision, younger me going out on adventures with a reliable and fast route that Waze provided me. Eventually, as the years went on, this app would soon go on its downfall. The betrayal, the distrust, the lies, the false promises this app continues to spew. For years I’d say “it’s okay, i’ll keep using you for my navigations,” thinking that the next day Waze would come to its senses and give me an accurate ETA to my destination. Today was my final straw. So often this app would give me a route that was the fastest, but it was always revealed to be the worst. Extra minutes to my trip, oftentimes being over an extra 7 minute delay. I’m tired of the lies. I’m tired of trusting. I just want to get to my destination in a timely manner. Every morning, every afternoon, every night, it gives me an inaccurate ETA. This is unacceptable. As a user, a customer, a human being, I shouldn’t be experiencing this. If you are reading this, uninstall the app. It is not what it used to be. RIP Waze.

At the beginning of the trip, it starts out very slow and I need speed to be able to function. I hope the problem will be resolved in the next update.

Waze is my go-to gps, I couldn’t tell you how much money it’s saved me. However since theaters update, it doesn’t automatically dismiss alerts and gets locked on one then wont announce anything unless you physically dismiss the alert on the app. It used to automatically dismiss it and move on to the next. Please fix this!

This app used to be good but now is consistently wrong in its estimates for time of arrival. I get that stuff happens but it is all over the place and has made me late a few times now. This last time it took me the absolute dumbest route possible causing me to arrive 30 min later than I would have. And that isn’t the first time either. It’s always telling me there’s a better faster route and I know 100% after the fact that the route I was originally on would have ended up being faster. The algorithm is completely screwed up.
