I cannot get past the password to get signed in
I’ve tried all sorts of things, different emails and different. Try to order a new account but nothing works. It will even say. passwords match but you can’t get past at least I can’t get past the passwords. Very very frustrating. I’ve had a lot of GoPro‘s from way back. Never had anything like this. I was a excited about getting a new 12 and I was going to use it tomorrow. I figured it really worked good but you can’t get anything updated or loaded or anything. I’ll just use my 15 iPhone it always works good

It is a scam (a dishonest scheme) because GoPro provides no solutions, puts blame on the customer, and forces you to pay for a year subscription that you've never used or never intend to use. Based on forums, I believe that hundreds, maybe even thousands of people are dealing with this problem and have given up.
United StatesCan't connect to my camera
I have a GoPro Hero 9 Black. I downloaded this software on my Mac. It says "Connect a camera via USB and power it on to get started." Sounds straightforward, but it simply won't work, nothing I do will get the app to recognize that the camera is powered on and connected via USB-C to my mac. I literally just want to download my videos, and can't. GoPro has been in the business too long to still have such fundamental problems.

I made a one minute video that took me 4 hours to make. Then as about to save and finish. A error comes out. And now I don’t have access to re edit & download the video. So I have to start all over again! Are so many errors. Plus they added unnecessary edits as in when I add a song to my video it automatically “song beats” turns on in the trim selection. That should be a option if I want it or not. And I don’t use it. I rather trim myself.
