Flow is a great app for setting duration of work time and breaks. It consistently does exactly what I need. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I would like more options for the size and appearance of the countdown clock. But it's a great Pomodoro tool and I use it every day.

The simplicity by itself is spectacular. It is not complicated to understand, you just click on the 3 dots and you have plenty of options on how you want to manage your time. This app has helped me with my brain fog so much that everytime I want to be productive in something Flow always comes up to my mind and I enjoy having this Pomodoro Timer. I have not used any other and honestly this is just enough for me. It is great to have.

This app could simply be the single best apple watch app if it only did’t have ram issues where it can’t keep running in the background. It basically resets the app every time you leave it for a moment. I really hope that someday they fix it.
