I don’t understand why Fashion Nova is holding my account hostage. I have pleaded with them numerous times to delete/erase my account, and they only follow up with emails stating that they will comply; however, my profile still remains active. I mean, they don’t make it easy to simply delete from the website and even through the app since I keep receiving an error message preventing me from deleting on that platform as well. If the return policy wasn’t so restrictive and the clothes weren’t so cheap and badly sized - I literally ordered the same jeans in the same exact wash and in two different sizes (a 14 and 15), I would have given them another chance. And, please tell me why the 15’s barely fit while I could easily slide on the 14’s??? Make it make sense. The math just ain’t mathin’. With Fashion Nova, you can definitely count on them for inconsistency, poor customer service, and cheap clothes. Oh, and seems they will hold your data hostage forever, which seems very invasive. Good luck with that!

Fashion Nova advertised 1 day shipping so I decided to buy some stuff for my birthday which was the following week. Well Fashion Nova didn’t ship the package out until a week later. They provided tracking info but didn’t drop off the package. In fact they didn’t drop off the package until I messaged them. I advised them it was my birthday weekend and if it hadn’t been shipped yet I’d like a refund. That’s when they dropped off the package. Still the tracking info was confusing. One day it said delivered, then the next day it showed something different. Well the package arrived 5 days later while I was out of town on vacation. When I returned there was no package from Fashion Nova. I reached out to them again and they declined to assist or refund me. After this whole fiasco and having to pay for items I never received I’ll no longer be doing any business with Fashion Nova. The shopping experience is disorganized and sloppy and they leave customers paying for their mistakes.
