Crashes and not user friendly
The app crashes every time I am shopping. I have to try to find where I was at and end up just giving up and not buying anything. Also, the “<back” function is temperamental and you can’t view your box history.

Have been subscribing to ipsy for years and the ipsy app for a few years. In the last few months it goes white and only way to fix it is to delete it and download again. Can’t even get through the flash sales without reloading! Sad

Every month I look forward to my new box! The products are amazing and they really are suited for you. HOWEVER, every time I have tried to purchase items, they send me the wrong ones, shipping is slow, and instead of sending me a replacement for what I ordered, by the time I can get assistance they’re ALWAYS (weirdly enough) out of stock. I have made about five different purchases and the the one that actually was correct came extremely damaged. So sign up for your monthly box but don’t get your hopes too high for much else.

Love the make up but to find your box history is impossible and if you want to purchase there’s no type in search option. The app is so stupidly done. Hate to say it but you can tell it’s not a US designed app. Ughh
