Slow App
App is slow to open and slow to upload anything needs to looked at for slow intermittent connectivity
United States“Keep Picture Selection” Bug?
This has been bothering me for months now and it still hasn’t been solved, but nearly every time I swipe up to exit the app, it asks me if I want to keep the selection of pics I’ve allowed the app access to! I’m sorry, but I use this app mainly for school/work related purposes and don’t want it to have all my pics, thanks. It’s so annoying!

Another update, another problem. Whenever I open the app, whether from notifications or the icon, it brings me to the “message detail” screen. I have to back out of that to go to the message thread where I can actually reply. I dread using this app.

United StatesUX/UI Bad - SO SLOW TO UPDATE
This app is just clunky and slow. I get a notification, but it takes ~15 seconds for it to show up - often I have to close out of the convo and reopen it to see the update. Why? It’s 2024 for crying out loud. Also annoying: Every time I go to close the app, I swipe up from the bottom of my screen like a normal person, yet I am ALWAYS prompted to “keep my current photo selection or allow more access”. Essentially I can’t exit the app without CONSTANTLY selecting an option - it’s really annoying! I don’t understand how these things have escaped user testing. The singular reason I use this app is because my softball team uses it, otherwise I avoid at all costs. I do not recommend this and frankly hate using it.

Conceptually the app is great and I love the layout but it’s extremely slow and functionality is very poor. Lots of lengthy load times that never fully process, so I need to close and reopen the app constantly. Sending photos is a nightmare, let alone a video. Really hope this app’s functionality improves going forward.
