Not impressed
The highlights are not even close to what I’m looking for. The app glitches when I try to read the messages. It shows me the wrong message for the wrong profile. I am not impressed so far. Hopefully it gets better thankful I only signed up for one month.
This site is a FRAUD! Avoid it!!
I joined a week and a half ago with a premium membership. Didn’t work from day one, unable to respond to likes or messages. After two days, received a message that they required a copy of my drivers license, front and back and my passport. still didn’t work. After five days and frequent help messages sent, I finally was told that I needed to delete my entire profile and redo it because I had entered the wrong country. Didn’t make sense to me and is now impossible as I can’t even log in. Again, zero response to numerous messages sent to help. My only recourse now is to report fraud to my charge card which I’m going to do. Of course, I can’t get back all the time I wasted. Do yourself a favor and DON’T PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP if you don’t want to go through what I have. .

Poor app
Not enough real people on here. There’s lots of old profiles where the people aren’t even on here anymore. Not impressed and it’s also an expensive app.
Not worth the effort
If I could review with NO stars or negative stars I wiould. The algorithms don’t work; whatever you write as a profile doesn’t matter; you will see the entire database. A waste of time. Customer Service is off shore and does not respond in a timely manner. You also have to be careful with scammers My opinion; not worth the money or the time

Buyer Beware!!
Due to a temporary bank glitch, my payment for a 6 month membership did not process until the next day. When I contacted the so-called Customer Care people (email is the only option; no phone number is available), I explained that my bank had verified that the payment was sent and asked them to just check my OurTime account again. Each time (I sent SIX increasingly frustrated emails), I got back the same canned response from different representatives identifying other ways to pay for my membership. They have my money and wanted me to pay the fee again! Frankly, I don’t know if these people can’t read, are stupid, or just don’t care. Like I said, BUYER BEWARE!!
