Messages after the update don’t work
After I updated my app, my messages from my coaches do not work. It is so frustrating and I would like to know a fix.

Help!! The last update deleted the messages portion in the app. Today, parents and students cannot messages from coaches. My son’s coach is using email to do notifications. This morning I saw a notification but when I rebooted the app the notification and messages were gone.

Since the new update gives error message when trying to login on IPAD. Message alerts stopped working with new update as well

Where the heck is a sound icon? It doesn’t exist in the app. The features to skip forward or something like dragging a video timeline back and forth isn’t possible. It’s just a straight video view with zero features. Why? And it’s impossible to view on a mobile browser even with the features because the video player icons fall below the screen cut off when on landscape orientation with button the size of ants. Poor mobile app and mobile web UX and UI; pretty much can only in a desktop web experience.

So many bugs and glitches. My recorded videos never upload and get lost is cyber space and I have to manually retrieve half of the game every time. I’ve done every adjustment they have told me and my livestream and recoding is always just a headache.
