What more do you need from me??
This app is like if you bought an airline ticket, then you're told at the gate that you need to download an extra app to even board the plane, and then you find out that you can only use the restroom if you book a reservation through the app... only to find out no reservations are available. It's a terrible user experience because it feels like we already sunk the money into the tickets, so what more could you possibly want from us? The app creates more friction between the user and the experience. The events calendar is poorly organized, and the events are frequently inaccurate or simply don't exist once you're on site. I understand that the app includes a COVID-19 waiver and a photo/video release, but those could have been pop-up agreements upon buying the ticket. This app is nonsense and, frankly, it disincentivized me from going.
Terrible
Waste of time. No reservations were successfully made. App kept crashing. Do better.
terrible
the reservation system for gaming and autographs is terrible!
Literally litter
This app was created to clutter users’ phones, delay access to All Star events by forcing ticket holders to download an app that was not properly communicated before hand, and requires way too much personal information to register. This app is digital litter.
Ruined our all star experience
We bought all star strips for the week and they refused to let us into the capital one play ball park without each adult downloading this app. Needless to say we weren’t the only ones, cell service didn’t work and it took 15min to download. Two screaming kids, multiply reset passwords and some 4 letter words we got it downloaded so MLB and capital one could capture our data and likely sell it. Whoever came up with this policy should be fired.
Crap
This all is total crap. Supposedly you can “register” for events and signing. Oh yeah, you get the confirmation that you registered but never actually show up on the list. Waste of time and ruined the whole experience.
Reservations Did Not Work
One of the main reasons we downloaded this app was to get reservations for the play ball park, so we logged on right at 9:00am PT to do so. The app showed that all of the things we wanted to attend were available, but when we got to the last screen with the “confirm” button for each event, we got error after error saying it wasn’t reserved, and to try again. We tried this many many times for many events, and just slowly saw the events leave the list as others somehow reserved them. Really disappointed that we now have no reservations to the events we wanted to attend.
