One key stinks
I used to use this app to book all of my hotel stays. Not anymore. It used to reward you with a free stay for every 10 nights booked. Once they changed the rewards programme it’s no longer worth it. I went from getting a 10% rebate to something like 1%. The reason I’m rating the app is that they are completely indifferent in terms of feedback. In fact, my friends abroad still get the old deal which is even more frustrating. Use this app to check prices but not to book rooms.

Very beautiful hotel. The entrance to La Quinta is very clean, welcoming and just nice. The rooms were well put together and clean. The staff was definitely welcoming. I travel to NC a lot because I have family there and I will definitely be staying here more often. Thank you La Quinta. Oh and the rates? AMAZING LOL
United States“viciously incompetent” custom service was willing to let me lose $750
had a booking date error and reported it the same day. they called the hotel on my behalf and let me know they refused and I would lose my $750 booking. called the hotel and they had no shortage of bad things to say about the hotels.com agent, and all they needed was a request in writing/email and they would gladly wave any fees and accommodate my request. Not worth the risk, book direct or though a different agency.

I had to cancel my booking because the hotel I selected didn’t provide enough info for what age someone needs to be so when I refunded most of the money I used to book my room went into a refund fee

The hotel itself was pretty clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t do breakfast at the hotel so I can’t really say how that was. Gotta say I don’t really like that $60 hold fee that hotels do but hey everything else was great considering it was not too far from the highway it quite quiet.

Since update they messed up my account and reaching customer service is like getting into Fort Knox. Not sure how that set up an adding with a different email than the one i used to book through the app…smh and now the itinerary just doesn’t exist.
