Poor connection or none at all.
I started receiving internet interruptions on certain devices but now others recently. It’s like it picking and choosing randomly what it allows to connect to the internet. It’s quite frustrating.
Inconsistent at best
We stream our tv shows and at least 3-4 times per hour our internet connection is lost. This is not right. The router is literally right next to our tv. We also lose connection to our phones as well.
Bad connection.
Very bad wifi. Constantly needs attention.

I hate that the little animation upon opening the app takes so long. It is unnecessary. I also wish there was a way to see exactly how much data my household uses compared to the amount we pay for
Worst app ever
I don’t know what everybody else sees when I open this app but when I open it up, the only thing I see is Pay My Bill and they thank me for being on auto pay. I can’t get into any of my features, like to check my phone call log or messages nothing
