I lose my card frequently so then I decided to use my phone. Big mistake here I am needing to get my laundry done and the app has kicked me off for some reason I tried to enter my laundry card number provided by Automatic Leasing Services and the app went haywire! I have no way to contact Sudkick on the weekend the automated message said! Frustrated doesn’t even start to explain how upset I am

Multiple times I’ve had to pay multiple times because the machine or app would disconnect. I wouldn’t use this app unless your apartment complex forces you to use it, since you’re going to lose quite a bit of balance due to… reasons. Also adding balance is tricky sometimes, the app would tell you that you need to use a machine in order to add balance… but you have no balance. The fix I’ve found was to make a new account entirely, but it kind of gets annoying after a while.

Locked out of my account. I can’t access my money or my account. So I can no longer do laundry at my complex. Very inconvenient.

Constantly will start a load and the timer will pop up, and then it disconnects without knowledge so I can never tell when the load will be done. There needs to be a way to reconnect once this happens but if you try to scan it again, it says “in use” also annoying that you can only refill if it’s under $9 and you can add a minimum of $10.
