If you have STRs, download this today and get your cleaner onboard. Automated payments were my number one reason for coming onboard. I have a property management company, and we make use of Taskbird so that I can assign tasks to individuals but have myself represent on Turno. Taskbird isn't perfect, but any time we have issues, the support teams in Taskbird and Turno are unparalleled in their helpfulness. I have been a customer for many software solutions and used to sell one and I am wondering how to emulate their support if I ever start my own software company. Thanks team!
Incredible service and support!
I have used Turno with multiple companies and I love it! It offers all the features and functionality I need to manage all of my properties. Their marketplace is great for finding new cleaners and the onboarding and transition is seamless. To top it off their customer support is incredible. I have worked with Gillian over the years and she is fabulous and always takes care of my questions and concerns. Could not ask for more!
Seamless app with great customer support
I’ve been using this app for two years now and it syncs extremely well with my booking manager. Anytime there is an issue customer support is quick to respond. Vance from the support team in particular helped me out the last time I had an issue, and he resolved it quickly and professionally to my satisfaction. Overall a great app with fantastic support.
