Very Thankful for PayPal Business!
I started using PayPal for my business 5 years ago. It keeps track of all my clients, their invoices and fees. Then, instead of having to drive to the bank every Friday and deposit all the checks, now, I simply hit transfer and the weekly payments transfer! SO MUCH EASIER!

Just be honest; they are useable for what you need. But I feel this UI and some features are not the same as on the website platform; you can see anything. I hope there are updates to improve the UI design to feel modern and the same as the website platform; even the PayPal personal app is pretty good and useable.

This latest update crashes and then kicks you out. What’s the fix? PayPal is silent on that end.

I use PayPal several times a day for business and rely on it to work right. The app is broken again (probably because you just updated it). Can’t create an invoice. And there’s no way to report a problem or get help. Zero ways to access tech support through the app or online.
