The app is great to use. I get free food all the time with the reward system. The only problems I ever have is with the stores directly never with the app and even with the app when you have an issue with the store, they resolve it quickly with a coupon, credit or refund.

Order food they decided they are not making food. You can’t cancel or get refund. Basically stealing your hard earn money. Pretty having to dispute charges is ridiculous. Don’t use the app
