Can’t select check out
I have don’t everything possible to check out an order, it keeps taking me back to utensils selection and will not actually let me hit the check out button. I’ve uninstalled and redownloaded the app, same thing. I went to the store to see if they would still honor my coupon because the app is malfunctioning and they said no. Trash 🚮

I’ve been team J in the B for quite some time now but man, the McDonald’s app is doing things. If you want to redeem points with the JITB app, not only do you have to order something else with your “free” item, you also have to place a mobile order, which is tedious and time consuming. There’s also no breakfast items to redeem! With the McDonald’s app, you pick your freebie (breakfast items as well) get a code and pick it up at the drive through. Simple. I’ve actually been going to McDonald’s more now solely because of how easy it is to redeem points and deals on their app. Oh, and bring back the bacon egg cheese biscuit for crying out loud!

Just as the title says, this app lacks the ability to pay using Apple Pay. WHY? I want one location for my payments, I don’t want to enter my CC into another app when it is already in my wallet. Also, this app only allows one card, if I want to use a different card I have to put it in the app. McDonalds and a lot of other apps allow the use for Apple Pay why not Jack in the Box?

You click on menu option and you go more options but no menu. How can you order anything w/o the menu?

The app and website is useless if the option to enter a credit card number is missing. Payment can’t be processed ia you can only enter the expiration date and zip code. Fix this ASAP!!!
