When ordering there will be random issues with the saved payment card and it will not let you pay unless you remove it from the app and re-save it. It’s very inconvenient especially if you don’t have the card on you at the time of ordering

If you're u don't have your phone when you make your purchase if you try to enter your receipt it keeps coming back with the error c check your information and reenter, I don't always carry my phone so I took my phone to the restaurant and they said I hey couldn't help me either. They didn't know anything about the app. What's with that. Employees aren't trained on how he app.
