Dear MovieStarplantet, a-lot of people used to play this game as you know from 2011-2017 until the player base got older, and also the last ad on tv was in 2016 and it’s now 2024 and if if you make a TikTok or something since TikTok is very popular msp can get popular again and a new generation of players can join. Also msp should have body types and vertigo options so you can express yourself like in real life, And also msp is very out dated I think a new town update would be great maybe more modern plus the last msp town update was in 2010. I know you all are working on msp2 but I think msp needs a update too. Also the bugs, when ever I log in i can’t even go shopping or do anything because my avatar won’t show up and it’s very laggy when you click on anything, like your profile or the town activities. Plus the design studio you should update the clothes and make them more updated because it’s also outdated I think you should add accessories and shoes too. I know this is a lot but an update would be great for msp sometime in the future ❤️

FOR THE PAST FEW MONTH MY NEW MESSAGES HAVENT BEEN LOADING! I open my messages and I can only see messages from 8 months ago. Only Tim I can see someone’s message is if they JUST messaged me. Please fix this, it’s been months and I started playing a lot less because of it

I love this game but there are so many bugs. This is my childhood game and ive been playing for 10 years now and im never bored of it, it's so fun and its a great way to make friends because people on here are so nice and i spend a lot of money on here because its so addicting lol. Everything is perfect but I wish the bugs could be completely fixed, i dont mind a bit of lag im pretty used to it because my computer is old but the in game bugs are really frustrating, sometimes i wont be able to play the game for hours because it just wont load at all. Please fix it

Y’all need to fix the bugs in the games, I’m so sick of trying to login and being told ( I play mobile ) I can’t login due to internet or problems with the game and I have full bars/full Wi-Fi it’s quite annoying as well as the game itself just glitching. I just updated the game and it still won’t let me even load the app smh please fix these problems it happens on a daily basis. Thank you, as well as y’all’s people who respond back on emails aren’t very helpful or respond fast so that needs to be fixed as well there manners could be better ect. And just responding in general could be better, otherwise the game is very fun and I have loved playing it for the past 4+ years I’m sad I lost my Main bc y’all gave me a refund and then emailed me a month later/locked my account and said after weeks and weeks of asking and emailing asking why I’m locked and saying finally it’s because I was refunded for a mistake y’all made but I understand I just won’t ever ask for a refund again or buy from the app/vip again. These bugs need fixed it would make so many more people happy!
