When you’re serious about finally being healthy and accomplishing your weight goal this is the app to use! I’ve lost 50 pounds because of this app.
A great thing that’s gotten worse
Originally I enjoyed this app. It’s been a great help to track my progress, helping lose over 25lbs at this point. However the “improvements” have dragged this app into the dirt. First the new UI which was a bit awkward, but serviceable. Then the full page ads. Those are annoying but I can generally get around them, now you’re going to make the scan option premium only? It’s never a good thing to lock free things under a premium version, and compounded with the absolute garbage fire of recent updates, it’s drained all good will that was remaining for this app. I did think about doing premium again, but I’m not going to pay extra for things that was initially free.

Little cumbersome and noisy
Would like to be able to update a recipe once it’s been created. The front page seems so messy there’s so much information and the constant pop-ups and asks for premium get frustrating. Also confusing to search for food and have three different calorie options for a half a cup of cabbage.
Has changed my life
I started using my fitness pal 10 months ago. I was educated about nutrition. I had no problems idea how bad my diet was til I started using this app. It is easy to use.
