United StatesDidn’t realize I was losing muscle!
In Jan, I got Spren around the same time that I started intermittent fasting (I was trying a bunch of things). I did one scan, kinda forgot about it and carried on. Three months later, I’m super pleased with myself for losing weight, but noticed that I’m not as strong as I used to be. I downloaded Spren again and did another scan, and wow it looks like I lost a significant amount of muscle. I’m working with a coach now to make sure I eat more protein and do regular resistance training while I fast. I have to thank Spren for helping me avoid becoming a human cannibal!!

Crazy how their little chart when you sign up clearly shows “unlimited body scans” checkmarked under the both the free and paid plan but as soon as you are forced to sign up with your email then try to take a single scan youre given a full screen pop up to pay an annual or monthly subscription with no button to close it. So they lied about the unlimited scans. You have to pay. You have to force close the whole app and open it again to remove the popup. Theyre lying to you, dont waste your time if youre not looking to pay a sub. Dont trick your users into thinking the only important function of an app is free when its not.

Had it for 6 months. I’ve lost over 20 pounds an it says my fat index went up 5% don’t let this shady app ruin your actual progress. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend
