Terrible user experience
How is this app 4.8 stars? Might be the most poorly designed user experience of any app I have ever used.

Every click you make on this app leads to another add. There are often adds in the middle of the screen when checking brackets, which makes it difficult to look at. The concept of the app is great, if it weren’t covered in ads the entire time.

As a tournament, Director is impossible to get a hold of somebody. You definitely need better. Customer service for the tournament directors should have a phone number 24 seven.

This app used to be fine but I got the newest iPhone and now when ads pop up the x to close them is in a location where if you tap it, nothing happens. The app is completely useless now because I cannot close out of the ads.
United StatesCan’t find tournaments on the search feature
When l look for an upcoming tournament on the app, it does not list/show the tournament; however, when I search for the tournament on google and add tourney machine as part of my search, the tournament I was looking for shows up and will then redirect me to the app which will then show the tournament on sports engine. If I try to find it again by just going to the sports engine app, it’s still not on the list. Yes, I can look at recently viewed, but why do the tournaments not show up when the location, month and state are all entered in search?

Always show the team schedule as the current day and not actual game date. Makes it very hard to figure out which games are Saturday and which are Sunday so the app becomes virtually useless for the schedule.
