The Screenwise Meter iOS app enables registered panelists' participation in Google’s meter-based market research programs. A panelist is a member of a recruited group of people who have opted to participate in Google research and have consented to install meters and share their internet usage with Google. In return for their participation, panelists receive rewards. When a panel includes physical meters, like Router Meters or TV Meters, this app helps panelists interact with those meters. For example, the app handles checking in to the router meter, so panelists won’t be interrupted when they connect to Wi-Fi at home. It may include a TV Meter Remote so panelists can check in and out from the comfort of their chair. The Screenwise Meter iOS app also provides panelists with the convenience of answering our occasional surveys and agreeing to (or rejecting) terms and privacy policy updates in the app instead of visiting our online portal. What gives??
The Screenwise Utility on my iPhone worked fine for years, and then all of the sudden stopped. Writing in just tells you they’re working on it. That was three months ago, at least. I’d rate it five stars otherwise.
Won’t let me even sign in
I am new to this site and started my account. I downloaded this app and tried to get it going. It won’t even take my email address. Says there’s no such account and I am just fed up trying. I’m deleting everything. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Difficult
I have loaded what I was told and it logs me in then I click the tablet button and it tells me I’m not registered if I’m not registered then why does it sign me in
Stopped working
Blank screen when I open the app. Doesn’t seem to do anything anymore
Issues at first
Had issues at first logging in. Realized you need to go under your account on the Screenwise panel website and scroll to “manage my Screenwise meter account” so you can create a login. So far everything works
Been getting a lot of annoying emails
Yes even though my screenwise meter router is connected yes even sending in Receiving data. I get annoying emails there is no data records. I know it’s connected because I do have Wi-Fi assistant turned off. Yes if my modem or isp went down. I would get a notification saying your Wi-Fi connection seems to be off want to use cellular data or keeps trying Wi-Fi. I did email them stating the app doesn’t ask for tracking.
App not allowing login
App not responding to login. Keeps showing panelist does not exist. I also signed into my Screenwise Panel account and tried managing the meter from there, it brings me to create account by entering email but after I do that, it brings me to a blank page.
