Very bad experience
I don’t recommend this application because it’s UX very bad, many bugs an lack of support
Terrible App
It takes 100 weeks to load and I don’t like how I can’t link another bank. I hate this app.
Changed my number and cant even use zelle anymore
Zelle was actually a really nice app to use whenever I had it but ever since I changed my phone number, and since zelle uses phone numbers to login; I can’t even seem to get to second level support to get my account back. I just want everyone to know that it’s gonna be impossible for you to have Zelle if you decided to change/had to change your phone number for any reason! :/

Zelle does not recognize my financial institution, which is very sad as most of my friends seem to use this app to settle reimbursements
Useful but…
It is useful as a money transferring app but I don’t want to go to my main banking app I want to access Zelle and enter my settings so I can fix something with my banks customer service and I can’t access the app since my bank already uses its built in features.
It’s so glitchy… can’t even sign in
My bank isn’t listed; when you click on the “Bank not listed” button, you enter your email and an authentication code is sent… BUT, when you leave the Zelle app to get the email with the auth code, the app freezes and it makes you start over. Thus leaving you in a loop and you can never get past the auth screen. Get a better QA team, better requirements, something…
