Do not tell me to leave you a note via that online link. I have and nobody ever gets back to me. Terrible customer service and never get my rewards.

Ever since the new rewards system I have not been able to input missed transactions. Customer support thru the app is nonexistent. Never get a response from them and there is no contact phone numbers listed. All you get is canned responses from reviews on the app telling you to contact them.
