No points for eating in restaurant
Unless y’all know how to do it, I cannot figure out how to earn points when ordering and eating inside the restaurant This is a useless app!

The application to order online for pickup was very easy. The only problem I was faced with was there was no place to enter my AARP card. If there was, it was not apparent.

I like the old menu. Wish you bring back items from the old menu. The app is great as long as it’s working it’s the people inside that don’t know how to read and follow instructions that I have a problem with, but it’s not the same every location so I can’t say that my experience is always bad or good. It meets my needs if I pay attention to what I ordered and ask for anything that has been left out or is incorrect.

I’ve had the app for over a year now, and every time I go to use it, the rewards/my offers section never loads or shows anything. The My Profile section doesn’t save the first time, so I have to go in multiple times and add my info multiple times until it finally takes. The only way I was able to use my birthday reward was by finally logging in on the website instead of the app and finally got the QR to load. I e used much better apps, this one certainly needs work.
